About Wayne
Wayne Throop is a Real Estate Broker and Business Coach who has been proudly part of Royal LePage since 2004.
Wayne began his career in sales, quickly establishing himself among the company’s top REALTORS®. Between 2004 and 2010, he ranked in the Top 5% of agents nationally five times, earning several sales distinctions, including the Director’s Platinum Awards (2006–2007) and the Diamond Award for three consecutive years (2008–2010).
In 2011, Wayne transitioned into management as a Broker/Manager with Team Realty in Ottawa where he specialized in training, mentoring, and developing new agents. His first-hand experience in sales proved invaluable in helping REALTORS® launch and grow successful careers.
In 2025, Wayne returned to his original passion for selling, working directly with buyer and seller clients and also coaching agents through his partnership with MindShare 101, one of Canada’s leading real estate marketing and coaching platforms.
Wayne is a Buffini Certified Mentor and a Richard Robbins Certified Trainer, qualified to deliver training programs for both companies.
